Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Account & Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of 15 -20 major key accounts, including domestic and international clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from initial quoting and order processing to international shipping logistics and inventory management.
Duties
- Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and completely manage all daily operations for 15 major domestic and international accounts.
- Order & Quote Management: Generate accurate quotes, process order entries, and track account activity within the system.
- International Logistics: Prepare and manage required international shipping documentation to ensure smooth overseas transit and customs compliance.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Expedite open vendor purchase orders for inventory sold to customers to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to align customer demand with available stock.
Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and standard office software required (experience with ERP/inventory systems is a plus).
- Industry Experience: Proven background in account management, customer support, supply chain, or logistics operations.
- International Logistics: Hands-on experience preparing international shipping documents and handling overseas transit requirements preferred.
- Procurement & Inventory: Demonstrated ability to manage vendor purchase orders, expedite orders, maintain inventory levels, and process quotes.
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex, end-to-end workflows independently.
