Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota standards

Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently

Execute multi-point inspections with integrity and clear documentation

Communicate findings clearly to service advisors

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Follow dealership and manufacturer compliance standards

Consistent RO flow from a high-volume service department
