Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Roastery and Warehouse Operations Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our coffee roasting facility and distribution center. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with coffee production equipment, coffee packaging, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards—all while supporting the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper storage practices.
- Perform coffee bag filling with coffee beans, ensuring weight accuracy and packing quality.
- Learn and occasionally execute coffee roasting activities as needed at the facility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling regularly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards and company safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following manual handling procedures.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
