Job Title: General Manager (Restaurant / Sports Bar) – Dune Dog Cafe
Overview:
Dune Dog Cafe is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and drive continued success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of both Front of House and Back of House teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Ensure outstanding guest service and uphold Dune Dog brand standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of upper management experience
- Preferably in a fast-paced, family-style casual restaurant and/or sports bar environment generating $10+ million in annual sales
- Proven experience opening new concepts and managing existing locations
- Strong experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations (required)
- Demonstrated track record of developing leadership talent through ongoing coaching and training
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends
