Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their orders at the counter or drive-thru, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
- Prepare food items efficiently following safety standards and quality guidelines, including operating kitchen equipment safely
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities through friendly customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing food safety protocols
- Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end
- Support food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food safety management to ensure compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety protocols diligently
- Basic math skills for retail sales transactions and cash handling accuracy
- Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, sanitation, or retail sales transactions is highly desirable
- Food industry knowledge including food safety management and proper handling procedures

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
