Are you a high-performing Finance Manager looking for your next opportunity? Ethos Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a successful automotive dealership seeking an experienced professional to join its leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving strong production results, and maintaining compliance in all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process.
Responsibilities
- Present finance, leasing, and vehicle protection options to customers.
- Structure automotive loans and lease agreements through a variety of lending sources.
- Achieve dealership F&I performance goals and product penetration objectives.
- Ensure complete and accurate contract documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Review and finalize deal paperwork to ensure timely funding.
- Educate customers on available protection products and financing options.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required.
- Proven track record of strong PVR and product sales performance.
- Experience with retail and lease transactions.
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
