We are seeking a Full-Time Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, an 83-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Warren, OH. As an Admissions Coordinator with our facility, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, building census, and creating an exceptional experience for every resident and family who walks through our doors.
Your Mission:
Be the first impression of Washington Square - and the reason families choose us.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all admissions from hospitals, families, and referral sources
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners
Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
Respond quickly to inquiries and convert leads into admissions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient transitions
Help drive and maintain strong facility census
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, responsive, and results-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where follow-up matters
Experience in admissions, healthcare, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a plus - but we will consider the right personality
