I. R&D - Product Development
Testing:
· Collaborate with the R&D team to test new products and provide feedback on efficacy, usability, and market appeal.
Overall Design Reviews:
· Participate in design review sessions to provide insights from a customer perspective, ensuring products align with market preferences and brand aesthetics.
Product Research:
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to inform product development decisions.
Trends on SNS - Markets/Retail and Market/Consumer:
· Monitor social media platforms for emerging beauty trends, market insights, and consumer behavior to guide product innovation.
Product Ideation:
· Contribute creative ideas for product concepts to enhance market appeal and differentiation.
Product Marketing Points:
· Identify and highlight key marketing points for each product, including unique selling propositions and target audience benefits.
II. Marketing
SNS Content/Community Managers:
· Generate engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) showcasing products, brand ethos, and beauty tips to increase online visibility and engagement.
· Community Manager: Manage SNS comments
DIY's:
· Develop DIY beauty tutorials using company products to educate and inspire customers on application techniques and creative uses.
Educational Tutorials - Videos, Photos, Presentations:
· Produce educational content such as videos, photos, and presentations to train both internal teams and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
Trade Shows and Events:
· Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to demonstrate products, engage with customers, and gather market feedback.
Product Presentations and Product Training:
· Conduct product presentations and training sessions for retail partners and beauty professionals to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to promote and sell the brand's products effectively.
DESIRED QUALITIES
· Social media savvy, including proficiency with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
· Strong passion for beauty and staying on trend.
· Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.
· Punctual and reliable.
Requirements for Hair Stylists/Braiders, Barbers:
· Extensive knowledge of textured hair and hair care products, including ingredients and industry trends.
· Proficiency in wig installation, wig maintenance, braiding and formal styling.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in natural textured hair styling.
· Excellent technical skills in textured hair styling, including but not limited to braiding (cornrows/braids) and weaves/blowouts.
Requirements for Makeup Artists, Lash and Nail Specialists:
· In-depth understanding of current beauty makeup markets and trends for all skin tones.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in makeup application on diverse complexions, either as a professional freelance artist or at a retail makeup counter.
· Excellent technical abilities in specific artistry.
· Excellent technical abilities as a nail or lash technician/specialist.
