All of our teachers are responsible for:
-Teaching and playing with the children
-Allowing for tons of social/emotional development
-Maintaining children's safety
-Creating a fun environment kids love to be a part of!
Requirements are:
-A love for children
-Must have patience. Lots of repetition happens for skills to be learned.
-Can not be afraid to be silly!
-Enjoys controlled chaos & is ready to give hugs daily.
-Wants to come to work each day to be a difference maker!
-A degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA is a plus but NOT a necessity.
-Someone with classroom experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
-Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
-Completion of on & off-site training hours as mandated by the State.
Hours will vary depending on the position.
