We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customization Assistant to support our customization and assembly operations.
Position Overview
The Customization Assistant plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are customized accurately and completed on time. This position is hands-on and production-focused, supporting daily assembly work, order prioritization, quality checks, and departmental organization. The Customization Assistant works closely with the other team members and reports to the Warehouse & Customization Manager to maintain efficiency, quality standards, and a clean, well-organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and customize products according to work orders and specifications
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and within required timelines
- Support daily workflow by following assigned priorities and communicating progress or issues
- Inspect finished products for defects or discrepancies and uphold quality standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the customization workspace
- Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material tracking
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily operations
- Assist the Customization Manager and other departments as needed, including Technical and Innovation teams
- Participate in training on systems, processes, and product updates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to leadership
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customization, assembly, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with hand tools, fabrication processes, raw materials, or small circuit soldering
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
