We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Contract to Close/LOA professional who thrives in a fast-paced mortgage environment and enjoys being a key part of both the client and team experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, confident communicating with clients and referral partners, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who genuinely enjoys supporting both production and culture.
CONTRACT TO CLOSE
- Attend daily team meetings and participate with status updates.
- Must be comfortable discussing interest rate, mortgage loan terms, have the ability to break down the loan process for the consumer and referral partner.
- Possess an understanding of loan types/products including both arm and fixed rate loans, Conventional, FTHB programs, VA, FHA, non-QM, HELOC, Jumbo loans.
- Execute rate locks and send mortgage quotes for LO
- Verify all documentation received from the consumer meetings qualification for lending guidelines
- Requires exceptional communication both written and verbal
- Must be detail-oriented
- Attend office events to support Sales people
- Engage in team social media
- Echo branch/team and Movement culture as a culture ambassador for the South Sound Region
Qualification:
- Requires 5+ years in LOA/Sales Support role for Mortgage Lending
- Ability to work up income qualification for both W2 wage-earner(s) and self-employed individuals
- Must have a current and active NMLS number

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
