The Haven has an immediate opening for a Legal/Outreach Advocate. Primary responsibilities will be providing a safe and supportive environment for all Haven clients. Emphasis is on crisis intervention and assisting clients through the criminal justice system and providing any outreach services that the client may need. Manage assigned caseload of comprehensive case management for outreach clients. Salary and position continuance are dependent upon grant allocations. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required. Bilingual is required. Three years paralegal or legal experience preferred. Must successfully complete and pass a background check, fingerprint, drug screen and motor vehicle check. No internal applicants.
