American Traveler is hiring a LPN/LVN with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting.

Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
-
Post-acute care patient population
-
12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
-
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

Point Click Care (PCC) EMR in use

Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions

Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and in good standing (pending licensure not accepted)

Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted)

Nursys verification required

Valid driver's license required

2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are accepted but at an adjusted rate
-
No on-call or callback shifts available at this facility

A 14-day notice is required if ending the assignment early
