Mancia Investments is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our administrative, operations, and accounting teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing deadlines, and contributing to the success of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, answer phone calls, and assist with daily office operations.
- Coordinate quarterly company supply orders, inventory, audits, purchasing, distribution, and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with payroll processing, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and financial reporting.
- Verify operational reports, deposits, compliance documents, and company records.
- Communicate regularly with managers and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Run occasional business errands and provide on-site support when needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish & English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
