Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Naples, Florida, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely while remaining closely connected with an experienced litigation team.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 2+ years of litigation experience in insurance coverage litigation and/or complex commercial litigation. Two writing samples are required during the submission process.

Job Description
- Handle insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues involving sophisticated commercial claims.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts.
- Manage written discovery and motion practice.
- Appear in state and federal court proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on complex litigation matters.
- Mentor junior legal staff as experience grows.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license required.
- 2+ years of litigation experience in insurance coverage litigation and/or complex commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Deposition and courtroom experience preferred.
- Insurance coverage or policyholder-side experience highly preferred.
- Construction-related insurance or risk transfer experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a collaborative environment.
