We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker/Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the property’s operations, performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring cooperator satisfaction. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across the property, including:
- Minor electrical, plumbing and carpentary work
- Sheetrock installation, plastering, tiling, painting, and window replacement
- Roof and boiler room maintenance
- Cleaning and upkeep of building common areas and grounds
- Operate and maintain equipment such as ladders, snow blowers, and tractors
- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, pathways, and entrances as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Document work and communicate with management through the Building Links program
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
