Overview:
We specialize in importing, selling, and building some of the most sought-after JDM classics. Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our growing automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience with dealership paperwork, title processing, bookkeeping, and customer communication while maintaining exceptional organization and accuracy.

Duties:
Dealership Operations
- Prepare and process vehicle purchase and sale documents.
- Complete title work and registration paperwork.
- Maintain knowledge of DMV procedures and compliance.
- Manage dealership inventory and vehicle records.
- Ensure all deal jackets are complete and organized.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
- Process payroll.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records.
- Organize invoices and accounting documents.
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Communicate with customers and prospective buyers through: Phone calls, Text messages, Email, Social media
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Administrative Duties
- Filing, scanning, and organizing dealership documents.
- Shipping paperwork and merchandise.
- Maintaining office organization and supplies.
- Assisting ownership with daily operations and special projects.
Required Experience & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including, Word, Excel.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience managing email correspondence and maintaining professional written communication.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Working knowledge of DMV procedures and dealership documentation.
- Experience with QuickBooks bookkeeping and payroll.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Florida Notary Public certification preferred.
