Looking for motivated, high energy Service Writer to join our Bobcat of Mandan team.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & writing service orders
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Write service orders for customer who bring in heavy machinery or call in over the phone.
- Help get technicians the parts needed for job
- Bill out work orders when jobs are complete
- Answer Incoming and Outgoing Calls to Customers
- This is a full time position with Saturday work hours.
