Shifts: Multiple Shifts
What You’ll Do:
- Operate specialized food manufacturing equipment, including Texwrap, CASAN, Wexxar, ADCO, and Quantum systems
- Conduct operator checks and perform minor maintenance to prevent equipment issues
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime
- Perform quality control checks (seal integrity, code dates, product specifications)
- Adjust machine settings to maintain high product quality
- Accurately record production data, batch timings, and machine settings
- Complete required documentation for quality assurance and production tracking
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production line efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality
- Reliable and able to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
