Front Desk Concierge
Radiant Skin Medical Spa is seeking a polished, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our growing team.
As the first and last impression of our practice, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional client experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and love helping people feel welcomed and cared for, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism while providing a luxury concierge-level experience
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with confidence and care
- Schedule appointments and help clients coordinate treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with providers to ensure a seamless client experience
- Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Process payments and assist with retail product purchases
- Keep the front desk organized, professional, and inviting
- Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, or medical office experience preferred
- Experience with appointment scheduling and answering multi-line phones
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning scheduling software and technology
- Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
