About the Role
A Potbelly Team Member helps bring the joy back to lunch. Youll create a great experience at our Potbelly Sandwich Shop by delivering fast, friendly service and consistently serving high-quality food in a clean, welcoming environment.
What Youll Do

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service

Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to Potbelly standards

Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards

Work across multiple stations (prep, register, food line, etc.)

Restock supplies and keep the shop organized

Handle cash transactions and customer orders

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism

Basic Qualifications

You can handle potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

You can handle the ambient heat of the kitchen

Youre at least 15 years old

You're able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours or as needed
Youre able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds occasionally
