About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Level 1–3 Locksmith Technician to handle a wide range of commercial work across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll work on advanced commercial locking systems. You’ll be trusted to solve problems, complete clean installations , and represent the company professionally on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install and service commercial door hardware (locksets, panic bars, closers, auto operators, etc.)
- Perform rekeys and build/maintain master key systems
- Troubleshoot and repair existing hardware and locking systems
- Handle scheduled service calls with a structured daily route
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and document work accurately
- Maintain your tools, vehicle, and job quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of locksmith experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of commercial hardware and installations
- Experience with master key systems and rekeying
- Familiarity with access control systems is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional with clients
- Self sufficient and able to work independently without constant supervision
