Job Description: One of NJ's premier SAT coaching centers is seeking part-time Math Instructors (SAT/ACT test prep) to work at our Bridgewater location during Spring, every Saturday, and Summer (July, Aug) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1 PM (EST) to 3 PM (EST). It is important that applicants are patient, can challenge students, and are highly skilled, efficient, and organized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 6 years of teaching or tutoring experience, with expertise in high school subjects (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the SAT Math sections, including their respective question formats and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage students effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans tailored to topics such as algebra, geometry, statistics, and problem-solving strategies.
- Provide detailed instruction on calculator and non-calculator sections of the SAT Math test.
- Track student progress through practice exams and analyze results for improvement.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the latest SAT curriculum updates.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
