Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and selling Bluu’s payment processing and POS solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role involves prospecting, conducting in-person meetings, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Meet face-to-face with business owners to assess needs and recommend solutions
- Present and sell:
- Payment Processing & Merchant Services
- POS Systems and Terminals
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → appointment → presentation → closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking through CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively in a B2B sales environment
- Business development expertise with a focus on expanding merchant portfolios in the payments industry
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and delivering clear product presentations
- Technical sales experience related to POS systems, payment processing hardware/software, or related technology solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Demonstrated ability in account management, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
