We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help create pristine, welcoming environments for our clients. Work Schedule & Flexibility:
- Start Time: 8:15 AM on scheduled workdays
- End Time: Varies depending on the job
- Weekly schedule varies but follows a general pattern:
- Additional cleans may be added based on business needs
- Weekly schedules are provided in advance
Logistics:
- Meet at Our Indianapolis Office (46220): All shifts begin here
- Company Vehicle Provided: No personal vehicle use required
- Supplies Provided: All cleaning tools and chemicals are supplied
- Training Included: We’ll train you to meet our standards
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and removing trash regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by respecting clients’ homes, listening to their needs, and delivering personalized cleaning solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with light household chores such as cooking or organizing when requested by clients to enhance their overall experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Experience with custodial responsibilities or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
