Full-Time CDL Roll-Off Driver
Ironclad Waste Solutions is hiring a full-time CDL Roll-Off Driver to serve customers throughout Central Ohio.
We are a small, family-owned company looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who provides excellent customer service and takes ownership of their daily routes, customer relationships, equipment, and follow-through. The right person will stay organized, communicate proactively, and take pride in completing the work safely and professionally.
What We Offer
- $28–$32 per hour, based on experience
- Paid holidays
- PTO
- Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings
- Daily start and end times vary based on routes and customer needs
- Typically 40–50 hours per week, with OT paid after 40 hours
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibility as the company grows
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off containers
- Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures
- Complete route assignments and provide excellent customer service
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all local, state, and federal safety requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Acceptable driving record
- Two Years Commercial driving experience required
- Roll-off or waste-industry experience preferred
- Manual-transmission experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screening
