We are hiring for a Line Feed/Material Handler position at the FedEx HP facility located at 425 New Sanford Rd, La Vergne, TN! This is your opportunity to join a team that offers weekly pay, benefits, and a fast-track to direct employment with FedEx after approximately 11 months, which comes with a pay increase and benefits.

The Role: In this role, you will be the backbone of our processing lines. You will operate a pallet jack to manage 5 lines, ensuring that every processor has a steady supply of HP product to work with.
Key Tasks: Move pallets to the end of the conveyor and set products onto the conveyor for the processors (receivers). You will multitask to keep all 5 lines stocked and moving efficiently.
Physical Requirements: You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and scoop consistently. This role requires steady movement and consistent attention to detail to keep the lines running smoothly.
Requirements to Start:
Must be able to speak and understand basic English.
Screening: Must be able to pass a facility-specific screening process, drug screen, and E-Verify check.
Safety First: No cell phones allowed on the floor; you will pass through a metal detector (like an airport) daily.
Communication is Key: We can get you started as soon as the next day, but your start date depends on you. We need candidates who stay in communication and complete their onboarding steps promptly.
