We are seeking an experienced Makino CNC EDM Machinist to join our team in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position offering employee benefits in a small manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Makino CNC EDM equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Makino CNC EDM machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Mastercam experience is a plus
