Position Overview
We are looking for friendly, organized, energetic Restaurant Support Team Members / Hosts to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
As a Host, you are often the very first and last impression for our patrons. You’ll help manage the flow of the restaurant, assist the front of house team, support service standards, and help create an experience that keeps people coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet patrons warmly and create a welcoming first impression
- Manage waitlists and seating rotation efficiently using reservation and waitlist systems
- Answer phones and assist with patron questions regarding reservations, wait times, and general information
- Support servers and bartenders with front of house needs during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stands, entryways, dining rooms, and restrooms
- Assist with carryout order coordination when applicable
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to maintain smooth service flow
- Help maintain a positive, upbeat environment for patrons and coworkers alike
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods of time
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
