Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with parts and equipment needs
- Look up and identify tractor, mower, and equipment parts
- Process customer orders, invoices, and returns accurately
- Support service technicians with parts requests and shop needs
- Receive, stock, label, and organize inventory
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Help maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Mechanical, agricultural, automotive, or equipment knowledge is a plus but not required — training provided

Pay
Starting pay: $15–$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
