Due to high growth we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing both hand tools and power tools to perform high-quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively.
- Execute auto body repair and restoration tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with heavy lifting and automotive equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in auto body repair techniques and practices.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools commonly used in automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and components.
- Ability to perform automotive service tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Skills in vehicle maintenance practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Capability for heavy lifting as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
- A background in auto restoration is a plus but not mandatory.
