Join our overnight maintenance team and make a direct impact every shift.
We’re looking for skilled problem solvers who love troubleshooting, working with their hands, and keeping high-tech manufacturing systems operating at peak performance.
What You’ll Do
Level II – Electrical Maintenance Pro
- Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate electrical issues on machinery, panels, and lighting systems
- Troubleshoot motors, belts, bearings, drives, and HVAC systems
- Run conduit, replace sensors, and ensure power is safely distributed
- Assist with preventive maintenance planning and documentation
- Support mechanical tasks like minor plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs
You’ll succeed if you have:
- 3+ years of electrical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and safe work practices
- Strong desire to grow your skills in automation and industrial systems
Level III – Electrical & Controls Mastermind
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and control systems
- Read and modify ladder logic (PLC programming) – Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Automation Direct experience preferred
- Lead electrical installations and machine moves
- Manage repair projects, track downtime, and source parts
- Mentor and train other maintenance team members
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of electrical and controls experience in manufacturing
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, and electrical codes
