To be considered for Management level positions applicants must have previous QSR leadership / management experience.

Assistant Manager/Shift Leader Responsibilities -
- Assist with managing the operations and restaurant crew
- Work closely with RGM to assist with needs throughout the restaurant
- Strong customer service skills to resolve customer issues
- Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment
- Assist with staff training and scheduling as needed
- Exercise proper food handling, cash handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Set the tone for the shift, motivate crew on all shifts and hold accountable to tasks
