About the Role:
Silk is growing, and we’re looking for a talented brow and lash artist with an eye for detail and a feel for natural, elevated beauty. If you love helping clients look and feel polished — this is your lane. You’ll join a collaborative, design-forward team that values professionalism, good energy, and excellent work.
This is a commission-based role with all materials provided, plus strong support through cross-referrals, client trust, and continuing education.
What You will Do:
Brow shaping, tinting, and lamination
- Lash lifts and tints
- Classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
- Dermaplane facials
- Targeted Facial
- Tailored recommendations to support healthy lash and brow care

You’re a Fit If You:
- Have a current Oklahoma esthetician or cosmetology license
- Are confident across all major lash and brow services
- Have a strong eye for symmetry and detail
- Love giving clients a polished, natural, refined result
- Are reliable, calm under pressure, and work well with others
