Our litigation attorneys are ready to take on real responsibility — drafting that gets filed, strategy that shapes cases, and work that directly affects the lives of injured clients — while developing alongside trial lawyers who have tried these cases to verdict.

Manage a caseload of mass tort and class action matters from intake through resolution.

Conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings, and be part of a team taking depositions.

Work directly with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and tackle complex legal issues.

Take an active role in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Advocate for injured clients with skill, judgment, and genuine care.

3–5 years of litigation experience, including personal injury (mass tort or class action experience a plus).

Sharp legal research, writing, and analytical skills, and the instinct to advocate persuasively.

Experience litigating in both state and federal court.

A collaborative working style and the drive to learn from attorneys who’ve built this practice.

Active license in good standing.
