About the Opportunity
As a Nest & Co caregiver, you will provide childcare support for families in your community. Opportunities may include:
- Date nights
- Backup childcare
- Recurring nanny placements
- School pickups and drop-offs
- Weekend care
- Special events
- Travel or overnight care (when available)
You choose the opportunities that work best for your schedule.
Compensation
$25–$28/hour based on experience and qualifications
Caregivers are paid directly by families at the completion of each shift.
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Warm, patient, and engaging with children
- Responsible and safety-minded
- Comfortable communicating with parents
- Experienced working with children of various ages
- Professional and respectful in family homes
Required qualifications:
- Previous childcare, nannying, babysitting, teaching, coaching, or youth experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background & MV check
- Strong references
