- Accountable for executing photo shoots
- Communicate trends and areas needing improvement to team for assessment and follow-through
- Ensure products are at photo locations using the spread-ready document
- Train Associates about the photography process and their role on set
- Coach business partners to explain their influence on the shoot schedule and production
- D esign, implement and execute procedures to support the photo production process; partner with cross-functional teams to draft and communicate procedure
- Attend merchandise and pre-production meetings
- Assist with quarterly and annual budgets
- Manage photo schedule in conjunction with Creative teams
- Assist with location logistics
- Direct and assign the work that is performed on location
- Hire, train, coach and counsel direct reports
- Manage new Associate training; schedule cross-training on photo shoots and procedures
- Supervise job performance of direct reports; provide direction on photo shoots
- Prepare and administer annual performance appraisals for all direct reports
- Prepare work schedules, manage payroll, including overtime accrual and mileage reimbursement; enter and approve timecards for direct reports
- Follow-up on any payroll issues
- Three (3) to five (5) years photo production experience
- One (1) to three (3) years Associate supervision and performance evaluation experience in a corporate environment
- Experience negotiating vendor relationships
- Undergraduate degree from in related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Working Knowledge of Photoshop
- Ability to lift 10lbs as needed
Valid drivers license required

The expected starting pay range for this position is $75,000-$83,500. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
