We're looking for one experienced service advisor who can think clearly, communicate with confidence, and run the front end without hand-holding. The comp structure rewards exactly that: guaranteed hourly base plus 2% of whole-shop gross profit. When the shop performs, your check reflects it.
We never put profit ahead of people. That's not marketing copy - it's the decision we make when it actually costs us something.
