The Perfect Caregiver For Me is seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable live-in caregivers for immediate placement in residential care homes, senior living homes, and private-care settings throughout Hurst, Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding DFW areas.
Live-in caregivers receive housing and utilities as part of the placement. This opportunity is ideal for caregivers looking for stable income, long-term work, and a comfortable home-like environment.
Pay ranges from $1,250 to $1,500 biweekly, depending on the assignment, schedule, duties, and caregiver experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and personal care, when required
- Monitor resident safety
- Remain available overnight if assistance is needed
- Communicate concerns or changes in a resident’s condition
Live-in caregiving does not always mean actively working around the clock. Many placements include scheduled downtime and overnight rest periods while the caregiver remains available if needed. Specific duties, hours, breaks, and expectations will be discussed before placement.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- CNA, home health aide, residential care, assisted living, or private-duty experience is preferred
- Reliable and dependable
- Compassionate, patient, and professional
- Comfortable living in the assigned home
- Able to follow care plans and household procedures
- Able to pass a background screening
- Available to start soon
- Interested in a long-term live-in position
