HOTWAX is looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Content Creator to help create content for our Baltimore and Perry Hall locations.
This is an ideal opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone early in their social media career who wants real-world experience creating content for an established beauty brand.
No extensive professional experience is required. We’re looking for someone with a good eye for content, an understanding of social media, and the initiative to bring ideas to the table.
What You’ll Do
- Visit our Baltimore and Perry Hall studios to capture content
- Create Reels, short-form videos, photos, and Instagram Stories
- Film services, staff, client experiences, products, and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit content using Canva, CapCut, or similar apps
- Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh content ideas
- Help plan and create content for promotions, launches, and new services
- Help grow HOTWAX’s presence on Instagram and TikTok
Who We’re Looking For
- Creative and comfortable taking photos and videos
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social trends
- Basic Canva and/or video-editing skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with our team to capture content
- Interested in beauty, lifestyle, branding, or social media
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to create
Professional social media experience is not required.
