We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. Pay is based on skill level. Basic tool knowledge & the ability to work as part of a team is a must. We can train you on the job for everything else. Our ideal candidate has keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
- Fabricate components as needed for custom installations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
Experience
- Some experience in window and door installation or related fields such as maintenance services or remodeling.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction estimating techniques.
- Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Some experience in trim & frame carpentry, caulking, and fabrication
