Greater Kalamazoo Auto Auction is looking to hire a Full Time Outside Commercial Accounts Coordinator.
The Outside Commercial Accounts Coordinator is responsible ensuring all Bank/Commercial Accounts Vehicle Condition Reports are completed within client guidelines. This person will ensure all Bank/Commercial Accounts vehicles are prepared for auction day ensuring the quality of work meets or exceeds our client’s standards. This position reports directly to the Commercial Accounts Manager.
The Outside Commercial Accounts Coordinator will be resposible for working directly with another Outisde Commercial Accounts Coordinator and ensuring all vehicles are prepped and ready for sale.
Essential Functions:
1) Sale Preparation
2) Mark Sale Cars
3) Report SALE vehicle status to recon and Commercial Accounts Manager
Location and detail status (dirty/clean)
4) Walk all SALE vehicles once on spot to ensure approved work is complete and detail quality is up to client/GKAA standards
5) Ensure all vehicles are on spot, stickered, with work complete before noon on Wednesday
6) Provide assistance to other Lot Staff
7) Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., organize/stage sale cars after the sale, transport drivers to various lots to pick up vehicles, etc.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Environment:
Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, unhappy customers at times, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times.
Physical Demands:
Ability to enter and exit vehicles constantly.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to walk long distances.
Ability to work in all outside weather climates (rain, snow, heat, wind…etc.)
