Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday

About the Role:

The Lowell Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable PCA | Dietary Aide | Universal Worker to join our team. This unique role combines food service responsibilities with personal care support, ensuring our participants receive nutritious meals and the respectful, hands-on care they deserve.
What You’ll Do:
In the Day Center:

Assist participants with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).

Support mobility and use of assistive devices.

Escort participants to activities and appointments.

Monitor and report changes in participant condition.

Help with recreation and physical activities.

Assist participants entering and exiting transportation vehicles
In the Kitchen:

Prepare, assemble, and deliver meals based on dietary needs.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

Clean and sanitize kitchen and dish room areas.

Stock pantries and manage food inventory.

Ensure food safety and complete required logs.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with elderly or frail populations.

Food service experience is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
