Our team is looking to add a new chiropractic assistant/receptionist to our office. You would be working closely with patients, therapists and management. Past billing experience is not required, but is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent coding/billing skills as well as deep organizational skills to accurately handle all responsibilities. The receptionist must also possess excellent communication skills to answer questions for patients as well as management. This position will also require the ability to multitask as the candidate will be asked to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payment information. Your other duties are to perform data entry and perform administrative tasks as needed. There is room for growth in this office. Eclipse software experience is a plus, but not required. This is not a remote or hybrid position. Position will require you to be in office during all working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform posting charges
- Perform posting of payments and adjustments
- Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion with patients, co-workers, billing company, and insurance companies
- Scan payments, EOBs, and other correspondence
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills, such as sending emails, typing, and using spreadsheets
- Interact patients, billing and insurance companies

Office Hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:25-6:15 (lunch 12-1:30), Tuesday and Thursday 7:25-12:15
