Duties
- Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a welcoming dining area
- Support food preparation and delivery by ensuring orders are accurate and timely, working closely with kitchen staff
- Handle food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to food safety standards, including proper storage and sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring event spaces are prepared to high standards
- Support guest services by responding promptly to guest needs and providing friendly, attentive assistance
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact positively with guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous banquet experience or hospitality background enhances your ability to support diverse service needs
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking basics, and culinary practices is advantageous
