Tru Goodness Brands is a family-owned healthy beverage company based in Centennial, Colorado. We make and sell brands such as Trubucha, Sophia’s Lemonade, Wild Roots Ginger Beer, and more. Our team represents these brands at farmers markets, festivals, and events throughout the Denver Metro area.
We are looking for responsible, outgoing individuals who enjoy talking with people, working outdoors, and representing healthy, high-quality products. This position does require physical work, including lifting up to 60 lbs. and helping set up canopies, tables, coolers, and other market equipment. In most cases, you will be working with other team members, so you will not be doing everything alone.
During the summer, many shifts start early at our facility in Centennial, usually between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. Most farmers markets are finished by around 2:00 PM, so you still have the rest of the day available. During the fall and holiday season, start times are typically around 8:00 or 9:00 AM, although some events may go into the early evening. For longer events, we often schedule early and later shifts so the days are more manageable.
Our work environment is fun, positive, and inviting. Many of our employees love this as a flexible part-time job because they get to work outside, meet new people, and be part of a great team.
Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour base pay, plus tips. With tips, many team members average between $27 and $50 per hour, depending on the market or event. In most cases, employees do not need to use their own vehicles, as company vans are provided for transportation to events.

- This job is mostly on weekends. Please confirm you can and are ok working weekends.
- Are there any known weekends you need time off for between now and December? Please list known weekends. May thru mid Oct we prefer people who only take a max of 2 or 3 weekends offs, unless we have a better idea of your need for time off in advance.
- Although this is not a requirement we need to know if you age 21 and over as some market require individuals to drive a company vehicle which requires that person to be age 21 and above.
