Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Support the kitchen team with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service periods.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards.
- Help with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen, dining area, and service spaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Collaborate with staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely dishwashing and support food service operations.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving dishes or supplies.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations including cleaning routines.
- Availability to work weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Pay: $18.00 per hour
