Journeyman Plumber Requirements:
- Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License required
- Commercial and Residential Service experience required (80% Commercial / 20% Residential)

Journeyman Plumber Responsibilities:
- This role involves performing commercial and residential plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and minor installations
- Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, water heaters, fixtures, drains, water and sewer lines, garbage disposals, and gas piping
- Additional duties include performing leak detection, drain cleaning, preventative maintenance, and responding to service calls
- Work primarily includes HOA communities, high-rise buildings, apartment complexes, medical and professional offices, restaurants, retail buildings, schools, and residential homes
