Service Department Coordinator
Proline Trailers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to help oversee the daily operations of our Service Department.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the organizational skills necessary to keep a fast-paced department running smoothly.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, coordinating workflow, assisting with estimates, and helping ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Service, automotive, trailer, equipment, RV, or powersports experience is preferred but not required.
