Disco's is a family-friendly Italian restaurant serving quality handcrafted pastas, artisan pizzas, and house-made appetizers and desserts. Our bar pours with intention—craft Negronis, organic wines, signature espresso cocktails, and creative smoothies and slushies for the kids. Open 7 days a week with full menu service throughout all hours.
The Opportunity
We're hiring Bartenders for both AM and PM shifts to keep our bar running smoothly from open to close. If you love crafting a great cocktail, moving fast during a rush, and creating a welcoming vibe for everyone from date nights to family dinners, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks to recipe and standard
- Set up and break down the bar for AM or PM service
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
- Deliver friendly, attentive guest service
- Communicate with servers and kitchen for smooth ticket flow
What You Bring
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic wine/beer service
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for both AM and PM shifts, including weekends
